Drum Chipper /Woodcrusher series is special equipment forproducing wood chips, this product is widely usedinparticleboard plant, medium and high density fiberboard factory, stubble plants, biomass power plant, wood chip plants and other industrial and production factories in the preparation section before the device of choice.
The product structure is advanced , cutting sheet material of high quality raw materials adaptable light , easy operation and maintenance . The main raw material is cutting small trees , timber harvesting, processing residues ( such as branches, twigs , skins, planks, logs core , waste veneer , etc. ) , can also be used to cut non-wood raw materials ( such as sugar cane , reeds, bamboo etc. ) .
Drum chipper from the body, knife roller, upper and lower feed rollers , conveyor belts, hydraulic systems and other components. Body is made of high strength steel welded together, the whole machine is supporting foundation. Knife roller is installed on two or three , four throwing knives, knife with a specially manufactured bolts through the pressure block , knife and fixed knife roll. According to different thicknesses of cutting raw material , the feed roller assembly can make use of the hydraulic system to fluctuate within a certain range .
